Staff was extremely helpful and spoke multiple languages. They even allowed a late checkout. The hotel is very quiet which is a great thing in Sao Paulo!

Very old and depressing rooms and furniture. Like in a student dormitory. Two top mattresses that are moving all the time. For two persons - 2 big (relatively) and 1 small towel all the time. Internet crashes several times. The bathtub drain was clogged and we dripped in 15 cm of water every time we bathed.

The only thing that was good about this place was the Breakfast and the location as it was close to a Nice park and my Office

couldn’t be worse!! very old and badly entertained. unfiltered roof, bad smell, awful experience. booking should recommend with stars! for the same price or less there much better options!
